In our turbulent, changing times, many people are experiencing challenging symptoms, whether in physical health, emotional well-being or life circumstances.
Although it’s natural to think about uncomfortable symptoms in terms of “what’s wrong”, the first step to profound, even miraculous healing is to be willing to see ourselves and our symptoms in a new way … When we are simply willing to see our symptoms as a pointer to those parts of us that are no longer reflecting our true potential, we have taken the first and most important step out of the state of fear and separateness toward a higher resonance… a state of trust and alignment where miracles can become real.
Like the caterpillar as it transforms into a magnificent butterfly, our own apparent “breakdown” is actually a metamorphosis toward a higher, more aligned order of being. Transforming Resonance is designed to facilitate that unfolding, so that it can take place with far less struggle and disruption, and with far more grace and ease.
Each of our paths is unique, but the underlying themes remain the same. Wherever you are at this moment is simply the starting point for the transformation that is to come. The level of consciousness you are experiencing today is the one that is just right for you in this moment, and when you make the commitment to live a more aligned life, your journey will unfold for you as it is meant to, each step of the way.
My desire is to support you in that journey, so that it can be smooth, expansive and joyful.

"I will be 81 years old in November. For most of my life I have been STRONG, healthy and fairly symptom free. But after losing a precious adult son to cancer in 2002 and other severe chronic stresses, I began to have issues with depression, memory loss, stress and confusion. I also had severe and constant physical pain that followed two dentaI implants. A few months ago I had a troubling instance of memory loss, and I could not distinguish between things that had happened recently and things that had happened decades ago. My doctors suspected that I had had one or more strokes. After several episodes of confusion and with much help from Karen, I became comfortable again within my own mind and body.
